schedule a Cron job for notifications with regards to run at certain times whether daily or weekly to check for outdated Risks adn Audits. ### Scheduled Notifications (Cron) 1. Daily at 9 AM UTC → Check overdue risks → Send emails 2. Daily at 9 AM UTC → Check upcoming audits → Send reminders

RiskGuard Fix: Assign responsible user to enforce controls.
The auditor should be able to add and assign multiple users. This user is responsible for implementing the particular controls that has been identified in an audit.

Add a Notification system for the various features such as When a user adds a Risk. When a user starts an Audit. High Risk Alerts: Automatic alerts for critical/high risks to both risk owner and creator. Overdue Alerts: Notifications for risks past target date to both risk owner and creator. Notification tracking (prevents duplicate alerts). "Send Alerts" button for manual trigger. Email includes: risk title, level, description, mitigation strategy. Smart notification system (only sends once per condition).
